Here I sit in my son's first house far from our Denver home. We just cut up bread, onions and celery in preparation for our Spearfish Shed Stuffing we got a few years ago while spending Thanksgiving with Grandma Welker. Although everything around us is new ... we are here together with familiar smiles and old stories told for the um-teenth time :) I am so grateful for this opportunity to spend this holiday with Jakie and JJ, Clay and Casey in Eugene.

This IS what life is for. For the things so simple and precious!
I also wanted to share a new photo of Santiago with his new ribbons ... cool, eh?
With love and gratitude to turkey and stuffing, Spiderman and Georgie, sunshine and blue skies,
Lisa
